One mission - provide intense strength, conditioning, and sports skill development to each client. I share my client’s goal to prepare, practice, and succeed on and off the field. The goals are to push you BEYOND your limits, build your confidence and elevate your level of play.

Regardless of your sport, PerformPeriod training will enhance your athletic ability. The training programs incorporate the use of cones, ladders, speed chutes, rings, resistance bands, and speed harnesses. Additionally, specific focus is put on core strengthening using an athlete's natural resistance to his/her training environment with or without the use of additional equipment.  Building physical strength and musculature affects an athlete's sports skill development and every athlete is physically unique. Whether your preparing for the draft or competing for a varsity letter in high school our training will be administered with and require dedication, consistency, and effort.

Our sport specific programs are built around position and game like conditions to use newly founded power, strength, and muscular management.
