Now Is The Time. Start preparing for summer and fall ball now. PerformPeriod will be conducting personal workouts beginning in March and continuing through late summer. Aspects of speed, quickness, agility, footwork and muscular coordination will be the focus of each workout. The "tools" used include ladders, rings, cones, discs, powerballs, and parachutes. For additional work, speed harnesses and overspeed bands will also be used to push your natural skills to the next level.
PerformPeriod's goal is to make you a better all-around athlete. All sports are welcome. You are encouraged to bring a friend or teammate to challenge yourself and improve your team at the same time. |
